Found this hidden gem right in my neighbourhood. Such a welcoming group of health care professionals who are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable and just downright sweet! So happy and grateful to have stumbled across this effective estasblishment which truly promotes healing and wellness in such a friendly atmosphere.

Such a lovely place everyone is so sweet and they make you fill so welcomed, the treatment works wonders and the place is so beautiful and calming highly recommend going here.

I just had my first hot stone massage with Denise. I highly recommend it. It is super relaxing and feels great for us girls who love a hot shower that melts off our skin. You can get the rocks as hot or warm as you like but I personally like them lava hot.

I have seen both Jessica and Carly and I am very happy with the results. I went in for my knee after a fall, headaches, and a sore lower back on different occasions. All the staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy a relaxation massage from Carly when I am just feeling like a little pampering. Five Stars and highly recommended!!!
