Our Services Include: Home Staging Consultation:
During the in-home consultation, we take a room-by-room tour of your home and then inspect the exterior of the property. At the end of the assessment,you'll receive our Confidential Client Report - a detailed, prioritized list outlining exactly what needs to be done to effectively prepare your home for sale. We will provide a FREE estimate to complete all, or any part, of your project. The estimate will include a project plan setting out clear expectations:
- of work to be done by the homeowner
- work to be done by Serenity Redesign.

Home Staging Services: Our home staging services package includes:
- color consultation
- depersonalization: removing excess furniture & accessories. (boxes and storage supplied by homeowner)
- rearranging furniture and accessories for optimal traffic flow

Vacant Property Staging: Our Vacant Home Staging services includes:
- complementary home assessment
- all staging work
- Rental of furniture and accessories, direct from our warehouse, on a month-to-month contract. FREE delivery in the city of Edmonton.
